Warranty

At Univulcan.com, we offer a one-year warranty for most power equipment . The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, starting from the shipment date. For certain brands like LIFAN, LONCIN,RATO, DUCAR, B&S, KOHLER and HONDA, warranty terms may vary according to their rules. Univulcan may repair, replace, or refund defective products or those damaged during shipping. Normal wear and tear is the customer’s responsibility outside of the terms of the warranty.

Warranty Repair Process

  • Authorized Service

    Repairs must be performed by an authorized Univulcan service center. Contact us at info@univulcan.com for repair inquiries and return instructions.

  • Self-Repairs

    If you attempt repairs yourself, no compensation will be provided for labor. For warranty-covered parts, please contact us at info@univulcan.com for assistance.

  • Return Authorization

    Before returning any product for warranty service, obtain Return Authorization by contacting our Customer Support at info@univulcan.com.

The following are not covered under warranty:

  • Damage from weather or external factors
  • Normal wear components (e.g., blades, chains, belts) unless clearly defective
  • Modifications or alterations
  • Repairs outside of warranty scope

Univulcan reserves the right to deny claims at its discretion. Any claims outside the continental U.S. may incur additional shipping charges.

Engine Warranty

LIFAN LONCIN RATO DUCAR B&S KOHLER HONDA

Engines are covered for one to three years under their respective warranty rules. The warranty period for our engines starts from the date of shipment: Honda engine come with a 3-years warranty. B&S and KOHLER engines come with a 2-year warranty. while all other brands are covered for either 1 years. Please refer to the product page for specific details.
